Tchai Customer Cloud
An online environment to plan, organize an intake and draw a floor plan for your new retail locations. The Tchai Customer Cloud springs into action after the inspirational creation process and the production of your shop fixtures are finished. In this personal space you will find: up-to-date planning, floor plans, installation information, brand area photo’s, snagging lists, deliverables and signed documents from all your shop-in-shops, stores or product presentations. In our secure database you will be able to see your whole retail installation history.

Intake Tool
This new cloud tool is your guide and means that a shop intake can now be done by anybody! In just a couple of steps you can collect photos, measurements and remarks about the location with your smartphone. All information will be shared directly with your headquarters and can be used for the 3D shop generator tool.

3D Shop Generator Tool
Our new 3D shop generator tool can easily be used while on location. Intakes can even be finished and the brand area presented in one shop visit.
