Our starting point was as ambitious as ever: 125 m2 of bare retail space to renovate and a tight deadline of only four weeks. Working with Cheil, we were asked to take care of production and installation of the location’s interior. The main area is where customers can come and meet with Samsung experts and there is a workspace behind the glass panels at the rear. The space is a mix of light and dark wood patterned floors, illuminated product displays, and sleek black fixtures and fittings with a modern industrial finish.
Challenge complete, the Samsung Service Center opened its doors on time and ready to serve customers from Rotterdam and beyond in a friendly face-to-face environment.
